Jordi Calvet
I offer you a therapeutic space to care for those parts of yourself that need to be heard
My approach
Experiential
We immerse ourselves in the lived experience of the topic at hand, exploring how it shows up in the body, in emotions, and in inner images. We do so with openness and curiosity.
Responsible
We work from personal responsibility, recognizing that the power of change lies in our own hands, and with deep respect for the fact that at each moment we have a specific capacity to hold what we encounter.
With curiosity
Curiosity allows us to open ourselves to see more than we know. It is key to accessing a deeper self-knowledge.

My journey
Throughout my life I have been close to the therapeutic world and meditation. In 2017 I began organizing personal growth activities around emotions, and in 2023 I started facilitating Family Constellations.
In 2024, I discovered IFS, and it was both a personal and professional revelation. It allowed me to attend to parts of myself I didn’t know existed and release pain held in inner corners so protected I had never been able to reach them.
I trained with Frank Anderson for his expertise in IFS for trauma and LGTBI+ diversity. Since then, I have been offering online IFS sessions.
My clients describe me as caring, sensitive, and observant. I feel fortunate to accompany others in this delicate and subtle task of navigating the inner world and welcoming all the parts within.
Selected certified trainings
Trauma Treatment with Internal Family Systems (IFS) | with Frank Anderson
The IFS model provides a safe way to explore a person’s current system, to allow it to update, and to restore inner wisdom as the natural leader of the system. This is one of several IFS trainings I have completed.
Sexuality and IFS: a sexuality led by the Self | by Patricia Rich
A deep exploration of sexuality through the lens of the IFS model, addressing the inner system where pleasure, the body, identity, and family and cultural burdens intersect. An invitation to discover the conscious, relational, and authentic potential of your sexual energy.
Complex Trauma Treatment Level 1 & 2 (CCTP/CCTP-II) | with Janina Fisher
Janina Fisher’s complex trauma model integrates neurobiological knowledge, attachment theory, and practical tools to understand and address patterns carried over from the past. This training offers a deep, structured perspective to work with wounds that affect everyday life.
Somatic Trauma Treatment | by Abi Blakeslee
An integrative approach to understanding how the body stores difficult experiences, supporting the nervous system, recognizing subtle signs of activation or shutdown, and developing self-regulation and grounding skills that promote well-being.
Family Constellations Facilitator | with Sílvia Calvet
Family Constellations make it possible to look at family (or other) dynamics with acceptance and to identify which ones may be affecting the person in the present. They are based on the careful work of Bert Hellinger on the orders of love.
LGTBI+ Affirmative Psychotherapy | with Tu y Yo Psicólogos LGTBI
LGTBI+ people are used to living in a heteronormative world, which is why it is important to have a therapeutic space free of prejudice, with awareness of our uniqueness and diversity, where issues can be addressed with trust.
